This visualisation is inspired by the ATM Cost Effectiveness (ACE) Reports, published each year by EUROCONTROL´s PRU.

The visulisation shows the evolution of the following metrics over 4 years:
- ATM/CNS provision costs per composite flight-hour, in the given year
- Changes in ATM/CNS provision costs compared to the previous year
- Changes in number of the composite flight-hours compared to the previous year (reflecting traffic levels)
- Distribution of ATM/CNS provision costs between the ANSPs, in the given year
The interesting takeaway is the impact of COVID (2020 vs 2019) – showing the drops in traffic and subsequent levels of cost-cutting measures taken by the ANSPs.
